III The structure of each part of the reduction furnace:

A. Steel belt tensioning and automatic deviation correction device:

Adopt steel and steel plate welded structural frame, tension roller adopts self-rolling counterweight tensioning operation; self-aligning bearing is installed on the side of passive shaft, four V-groove rollers with four legs of roller frame are installed on the guide rail made of two angle steel, The roller frame is tensioned by a counterweight attached to a steel wire rope; after heating, the roller frame extends in the direction of the guide rail.

In order to ensure the normal conveying operation of the steel belt, an automatic deviation correcting device is set at the front tension roller. The steel strip edge photoelectric travel switch controls the monitoring of the steel strip deviation position, and feeds back to the electric actuator cylinder to control the adjustment of the steel strip roller. B. Support roller:
