· The installation service includes: Installation of all the components

Adjustment of all the components

Connection of all motors and control systems

Installation of all the safety devices

EXCLUDED FROM THE DELIVERY/SHIPMENT:

· All media supply (electricity, compressed air, etc) to the MACHINE PRODUCTION LINE (control system)

· Raw materials used for testing and trial production

· Process materials such as fuels and other process materials

· Transport and lifting devices

· Auxiliary staff and personnel

The operators of the factory should be present during the installation in order to become familiar with the new machines. The buyer should provide interpreters during the installation and commissioning.

COMMISSIONING OF MACHINE PRODUCTION LINE: The components of the roll forming line will be commissioned one after the other. At the end of the commissioning of the machine, the whole production line should be ready for commercial production and then officially handed over to the Buyer.

THE COMMISSIONING COMPRISES OF:

· Commissioning by our company.

· On the job Training by the Seller’s Technicians to the Buyer’s operators

· Trial run of the production line, testing & adjusting the functions of all components

· Start-up of a fully automatic process

· Acceptance and turnover of the production line by the Buyer.

EXCLUDED FROM THE COMMISSIONING/START-UP:

· Consumable process materials such as, fuels, electricity etc.

· Raw materials for the production trials and start-up

· Transport and lifting devices.

The operators of the factory (Buyer) should be present during the commissioning in order to become familiar with the new machine.
